1922 Duker Ave

FIRST SHOWING AT OPEN HOUSE ON SUNDAY 9-29-24. Welcome to Duker Ave.! Practically a new home!! As you walk in you'll be greeted by the lovely new floors throughout and the new staircase! Remodeled to include some of the original features and ornamentals, this 2.5 story home is in a HIGHLY sought after area! Taken down to the studs to modernize the electric, plumbing, insulation and windows. Revamped front porch and a new covered deck was added for looks and entertainment.
A new addition with a half bath and laundry room was created. Steps to the kitchen eat-in area from the upstairs have been built back in. The custom made kitchen cabinets (by Kraftmaid) and brushed gold features are magnificent! The primary bedroom now has a beautiful ensuite with a window seat! Another full bath and large bedroom occupy the second floor. The attic has been foam insulated and restored to make a fabulous, large room with a closet and cubby hole for storage. Kids would LOVE it up there! So much detail and thought was given to bring this beautiful home back to life! Please review the attached list since there is too much to mention here!
